What do you think of naming siblings all names that begin with the same letter?

My children are Karmello, Kimora, Kariah, Kaydence, and Kajanae.

I would never ever do that. I think it is cheap and tacky. Besides I have 8 children (7 sons) and could you imagine how hard it would be when the mail arrived. I think there would be in individuality at all. It sounds cute when they are little but believe me when you have 5 teenagers it would not be a good idea at all.



Reply:I think it is fine...I dont believe there is anything wrong with it..my sister in law did the same thing with her 2 children...Steven and Sidney. As long as it goes with the last name and it does not have too much for other children to tease your children with those names than I think its fine...I do think that Karmello sounds too much like Armadillo..but the rest of the names seem fine, but its your choice.

I'm the youngest of 9 %26amp; all our names were mixed up even though they weren't starting with teh same letter... I would imagine that would get confusing (for the mouth) more often.





Now,my kids initials I did opposite on purpose.... AG %26amp; GA :-)

Reply:I like it, only because my 1st daughter is from a previous relationship...so when I got married and pregnant with my son, I really wanted my son and daughter to be able to have something that links them together..besides me, so their names are Jaidah and Jonah. Im now 35 weeks with another little girl, and I hope to name her Jessah....as she is our last, and dont want her to be left out!!
Reply:I grew up with a Judd, Jack, Jamie, Julie, Justin, and Jenny. Cute family. It works for some - others it doesn't. It doesn't seem too cheesy or anything, as long as you don't go overboard with the first middle and last name being the same I think you're good :)

Reply:My neighbors kids were Byron Brandon Bryson and Brenton, and they were all 1 year apart from each other. I thought it was pretty neat.






Reply:Nothing wrong with that. My neighbor has 6 kids, she named 3 with the letter M and the other 3 with the letter J. Its cute.
