for homework i have to find leaves from trees and try to name them but i cant find a website or anything on it, any suggestions?

That's actually a pretty tough homework assignment, unless you choose leaves that look very different and are very common in your area. Then you can just go to a garden centre that sells trees, and see if you can identify your leaves from the trees they have in stock.





You won't be able to find a website that identifies a tree by its leaf only. Trees are identified using a key identification system that require a number of features of the tree to identify it. The web site at http://www.arborday.org/trees/wtit/ contains information on how to identify trees.
