There is a Forest Preserve in Wisconsin called "BONG National Forest Preserve."
Does this encourage the use of Bongs?
What do you think about naming a Forest Preserve encourages?
No, it was named after a WWII flying ace named Richard Bong who also received the Medal of Honor and was from Wisconsin. It no more encourages using a bong than it does for people to look up a history.
