Do you think these three characters deal with naming issues in The Crucible?

In the play the Crucible by Arthur Miller do you believe these three character Elizabeth Proctor, Rev. Hale, and John Proctor deals with naming issues? I believe so once Proctor has the affair with Abigail, and I believe Elizabeth does once she lies for her husband just to save his live yet he choices death to gain his name back. Rev Hale I dont think he deals with naming issues... Do you?

Do you think these three characters deal with naming issues in The Crucible?
You'd have to give more of a reason you think there are naming issues. You point out reasons, but what is the significance of their names? Are there Biblical reasons you are claiming this? Why would you believe Proctor and Abigail have naming issues after their affair? Why do you think Elizabeth does once she lies?

I think a bit more information on what you are looking for in an answer would make this helpful. :)
