it is the metabolic process of breaking down substances for the extraction of usable molecules (such as fuel sources %26gt;carbs/fats/proteins, vitamins, nutrients, etc.)
How do you describe the digestion process without naming organs?
how about a proccess in which your digestive system inside the stomach "chews" or seperates the nutrients and sugars from the food it obtains.
