I am about to incorporate a business but the name which i am thinking is almost the same name in other country with different services. Can i still keep the same name or go for different name?

Reply:Names are controlled by the state you are in. Their laws will allow you to have the same name of a company that provides a different service...but will advise you not to, to avoid "customer confusion". Good luck...recently went through this....
