I have recently purchased a restaurant with a small bar in it. I am looking at doing lunch and dinner. Anyone got any names

Reply:That would depend on the type of food served, the atmosphere, the folks you're hoping to reel in and the style and location of the restaurant.





Small town? Big city? East coast? West coast? Not in the USA at all? Ethnic food? Pub food? Grilled items? Italian?





I'm actually pretty good at this... but not without more information. Sorry :(
