Ever regret naming your child what you did?

Apparently a lot of people do after its finalised.

Ever regret naming your child what you did?
I don't it took us a long time to choose the right name for our children. My 1st born was a boy and he's the one who took almost the whole pregnancy to agree on a name lol it wasn't my 1st choice but now I love it. Micheal James was named after his uncle and my great grampy. We like the name because we call him Mikey every day,but when he gets older he can also go by Mike or Micheal. Our daughter Shayna Louise(2nd born) was easy to name because that was what Mikey would have been named had he been a boy lol She shares a middle name with my mom
Reply:i dont have children...but i feel like most parents think enough beforehand that they know that they will like the name forever. personally...i know that my mom and dad stick by their choices for my family. my sister is named after my grandmother, im after an aunt , and my brother just got a name that is cool. i think that as long as the child likes it, the parents wont regret the name.
Reply:No, I love my son's name Jackson, the only thing I regret is that there are a lot of Jackson's around now.





The funny thing is I know a girl that does regret naming her son "Jackson" it was her maiden name and her boyfriend was suppose to marry her after they had the baby...but of course he didn't...so when she calls his daycare she has to say yeah this is Ms. ______ Jackson, Jackson's Mom. LOL!!!!

Im not pissed off that Angelina is naming one of her girls Isla!!
Reply:No i dont regret naming either of my kids what i did, You have a long time to choose one you like and once you have named it, It just suits..
Reply:Well I don't have kids, but my parents never regretted naming me (without a middle name)
