How did binomial nomenclature avoid the problems of the first attempts at scientific naming?

The advantages of binomial nomenclature include:


1. names based on Latin which is no country's current language and is, therefore, not changing any more


2. universal names - same in every language and in every region


3. genus name shows a relationship while the species name pinpoints the type
